This blog started as a way to communicate StoneRoad‘s thoughts on, and experiences with, Business Continuity Management (BCM) but also to challenge itself – and others – on the way BCM is conventionally perceived, developed and maintained by organizations. There’s no expectation that everyone will agree with each subject presented – in fact there is hope we stimulate thought so that we all learn from each other and share our experiences; good and bad.
StoneRoad is a consulting and training firm, specializing in Business Continuity Management (BCM). With over 15 years of experience, StoneRoad regularly consults with major Canadian companies and organizations and helps them reap the benefits of a BCM program. BCM components including: emergency response, crisis management and communications, awareness and training, testing and exercising, health and safety, I.T. change management, technology recovery plans, program development, maintenance and monitoring, and employee, vendor, facility and community impact analyses. We hope you enjoy what you read and maybe even be able to pick up a few new things. Even if you don’t agree – feel free to leave a comment.

Please DELETE the link to JohnGlennMBCI.com – I abandoned the site several years ago. The name apparently was bought by an organization with which I have no connection. Thank you. JohnGlennMBCI at gmail.com
No problem, John. It has been deleted.
Have a great day!
